Our LlBERALIA Cinco 2001(3 year aging process) gives the sensation of time standing still as you taste its flavour. Time of history of our oldest vineyards lush with the noble TINTA DE TORO grape variety, fruit carefully selected and destined to undergo a patient elaboration in the winery; time of tranquil aging in Bordeaux oak casks finds the wine its wonderful bouquet, and time or serene rest in the bottle finds it harmony.This inky/purple colored offering exhibits a wonderful nose of smoked meats, balckberry liquer, respberries, charcoal, and pain grille'. Powerful, elegant, pure flavors build incrementally in the mouth, and the finish is huge yet refreshing.
