Wine makers notes… “Natural sweet wine where the fermentation process was stopped while it still had a considerable amount of sugar from the grapes from which it comes: small grape Moscatel, from the estates of El Pego, and Albillo; a perfect combination which, on the nose, has the characteristic touches of Moscatel together with the perfectly ripened fruit of the Malvasía. In the mouth it is big, oily, long and persistent, as corresponds to a wine of this category. The sugar is perfectly balanced with the acidity, providing varied and lasting sensations of taste.”
