PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
Sales
By submitting an order you hereby agree and understand
that ALL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE SOLD IN MASSACHUSETTS AND ARE SUBJECT TO
MASSACHUSETTS STATE SALES TAXES WITH TITLE PASSING TO THE BUYER IN
MASSACHUSETTS. We make no representation to the legal rights and ability of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of MASSACHUSETTS. YOU the buyer are solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES MAY BE SOLD AND DELIVERED ONLY TO PERSONS WHO ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD. AND BY PLACING YOUR ORDER, YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT TO US THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD AND THAT THE PERSON TO WHOM DELIVERY WILL BE MADE IS AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD AND CAN ACCEPT DELIVERY OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. When your alcoholic beverages are delivered, the person receiving delivery will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old. If any person under 21 years of age fraudulently orders and has wine shipped to them, the wine will not be released to them, and will be returned to us, and the cost of return shipping will be charged to the responsible party. BY ORDERING YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS THE SELLER FOR ANY RESULTING CONSEQUENCE OF A FRAUDULENT ORDER OR ANY MISREPRESENTATION AS TO THE AGE OR LEGAL ABILITY OF ANY INTENDED RECIPIENT TO RECEIVE SHIPMENT OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. FedEx will make 3 delivery attempts where someone over 21 years of age will need to sign for the package. If the package is returned to us we will need to re-charge shipping costs. If you choose to cancel your order after a package is returned we cannot refund the shipping and handling charges.
Shipping
Our shipments must have an adult 21+ to sign for all wine packages. WE CANNOT LEAVE PACKAGES AT THE DOOR. When deciding on a shipping address, we recommend shipping to your work or a neighbor's house if you do not think you will be home to sign upon delivery. FedEx will make 3 delivery attempts. Address changes and package re-routing PRIOR to the third delivery attempt will incur an additional $15 surcharge. If the package is returned to us after three failed delivery attempts, we will need to re-charge shipping costs. If you choose to cancel your order after a package is returned we cannot refund the shipping and handling charges.

Returns
If product(s) is damaged upon arrival or incorrect product is received, customer is required to contact us within 24 hours of receipt of product for return instructions. A return tag will be provided and sent to the customer for any returns allowed. Customer will be credited for any returned product upon receipt of the product in our shipping warehouse. For product that is returned without proper authorization, no shipping charges will be refunded and a 20% re-stock fee will be deducted from refund credited. All refunds and/or credits will be applied to the same credit card used for the original transaction.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Event Wines, Inc. product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Event Wines, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Event Wines, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Event Wines, Inc. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Event Wines, Inc. without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Event Wines, Inc. or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. How can you opt-out, remove or modify information you have provided to us?

modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your
preferences in the "My Account" section. Please note that due to email
production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.
To
delete all of your online account information from our database, sign
into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping
addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note
that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction
in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.
You
may also opt out of receiving emails by choosing this option available
located at the bottom of all emails sent to you. Should another order
be placed after this opt out procedure is utilized, your email will be
added once again to the email database as illustrated above.
