To cancel your Wine Club subscription, please CLICK HERE to contact us or call us a 978.297.5477. Please
note that cancellation requests after the 10th of the month cannot be canceled. In cases where shipments are already in
process, your cancellation would take affect for the next month's
shipment.
Wine Club member discounts on club wines - how much and how to redeem them
Wine Club members are eligible for a 15% discount on any wines
featured in previous Wine Club shipments, when purchased within 30 days
of the initial shipment. When you place your order, simply
enter the Promotion Code provided with your initial Wine Club shipment
in the Promo Code field of your shopping cart, which appears just below
the list of items in your order. If you can't find or don't remember
your Promotion Code, please call us at 978.297.5477

Wine Club members are automatically enrolled in our monthly newsletter, which is an email newsletter publication. If you would like to unsubscribe, simply click the unsubscribe link located at the bottom of each newsletter.
Wine Club prices - month-to-month vs. pre-paid term subscriptions
Our 3, 6, and 12 month Wine Club subscriptions include the cost of Shipping and Handling in the one-time initial payment. Recurring Wine Club membership prices do not include the cost of Shipping and Handling,
which will be added to each month's shipment. The Shipping and Handling
rate will be reflected in the shopping cart upon the order and as a
line item on all subsequent orders, as shown in Order Confirmations
emailed before each shipment. Please note our terms and conditions relating to shipping and packages returned to us after three failed attempts.

Wine Club shipments - delivery dates
Wine Clubs are
processed and shipped during the middle two weeks of each month but no
later than the 25th. Wine club shipments will arrive within 3-5
business days of processing. November and December shipments are sent
early to avoid holiday delivery delays. The first shipment of a new
membership is sent within 5 business days from the time the order was
placed and cannot be held for later delivery.
Wine Club updates - changing your addresses, credit card, etc.
To request updates or changes to your Wine Club subscription including credit card changes, please log in to your account and submit your new information. If
you are a gift recipient, you may need to create an account in order to
proceed.

order again! The Connoisseur
wine club features new and emerging wines, and is aimed at subscribers
who enjoy wine but are not experts and are looking to learn more. The Vintner
wine club features more premiere wines from acclaimed wineries, and is
aimed at subscribers who are regular wine drinkers and would like to
explore new tastes. The Cellarmaster wine club offers
ultra premium, age worthy wines rated 90 points or higher within the
last three vintages by the world’s wine critics. This is a red wine
only club for those who enjoy the best! Wine Club - giving a gift subscription
Our prepaid Wine Club memberships were
created for convenient gift giving, with 3-, 6- and 12-month
subscriptions available. Gift recipients receive all member benefits
for the length of their membership. During your order, please be
sure to provide an email address for your gift recipient to ensure
their access to all member benefits and shipping notices. Also,
please be sure to provide a shipping address where a recipient at least
21 years of age is present to sign for deliveries, as is the law for
shipments of alcohol.
Wine Club - reordering featured wines
Wine Club members may reorder any of Wine Club wine as long as
supplies last. We encourage you to sample your two wines and reorder
within 30 days for best availability. Simply click Your Account at the top of any Wine.com page, then look for the wine you wish to reorder under "Shop Now." Wine
Club members are eligible for a 15% discount on any wines featured in
previous Wine Club shipments, when purchased within 30 days of the
initial shipment. When you place your order, simply enter the
Promotion Code provided with your initial Wine Club shipment in the Coupon Code field of your shopping cart, which appears just below the
